A cottage with picturesque views for all the family to enjoy! Situated on the most North-western point of the Gower Peninsula in Llangennith, Brynymor Cottage offers outstanding views over Broughton Bay, the Gower Coastline and Rhossili Downs, all within a short walking distance away.

Brynymor Cottage is burrowed within the owner’s smallholding on the edge of Llanmadoc Hill and is the picture-perfect location to discover all the delights and attractions that the Gower peninsula has to offer all members of the family and all age groups.

Brynymor Cottage offers upside-down living, specifically designed with the lounge and bedrooms located on the first floor to allow guests to enjoy and take in the views that the Cottage has to offer. Brynymor Cottage accommodates 5 guests over three bedrooms, one single room, one twin room and the master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite. For our smaller guests, we can provide a cot, high chair and stair-gate upon request for no additional charge. The ground floor offers a fully furnished kitchen and separate dining room. Upstairs, guests can relax on the first floor living room with the patio doors and full-length glass windows to afford guests the opportunity to take in the glorious sunset from the Cottages’ own private patio area and rear garden.

Please note that the front garden also has an unfenced stream and unfenced fish pond so children will require adult supervision. Defendant on the season, there may also be animals grazing in the field to the front of the property such as horses, sheep, chickens and/or ducks. We kindly ask that you do not feed the animals.

We, at Brynymor Cottage, want you to enjoy what we do day in day out! There is also the Summerhouse and lockable storage shed for you to store your bikes, surfboards or wetsuits to name but a few examples. Out the front of the Cottage, there is parking available for up to 3 cars and a welcome hamper to greet you on your arrival with locally sourced products where available. We like to Tailor our welcome hamper to the dynamics of your party and also offer activity packs for the children and child friendly bedding to suit the age and gender of the child if so desired.

Gower is Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal location to explore the Coastline, go walking, surf, fishing, discover the history with the local Castles, try the ales brewed at the local Gower Brewery and much much more, come rain or shine, the activities and adventures are endless…

Llangennith Beach is renowned for its surfing and with surf schools located on the beach and our own Surf Shop owned by an award-winning surfer, you could not ask for more knowledge and a better location to take to the waters, whether as a beginner or an experienced surfer. For the more relaxing days out, take a walk along Llangennith Beach which adjoins Rhossili Beach, home to the Worm’s Head, also named as Wales’ Best Beach 2017 and 2018 and one of the UK’s top ten beaches as rated by TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Awards. Less than 1 mile from the Cottage, there is the Kings Head Pub and Restaurant with outside seating area for those summer nights.

Further afield, and all within a short cars journey, you can enjoy the local attractions such as Archery, Cycling paths, indoor waterpark, horse riding, boat trips, Country parks and local markets, home produced food and ale and the birth place of poet Dylan Thomas.
