Beach View

Beach View Cottage is one of our three self-catering cottages located in a small hamlet which is nestled in the hillside overlooking Three Cliffs Bay.  Dolphin Cottage and Hillcrest Cottage both sleep 2 and Beach View Cottage sleeps 4.

The approach to Beach View cottage is at the end of the lane leading to Three Cliffs Bay. At the end of this tarmac lane, you approach Three Cliffs Bay through a farm gate on your left. The cottage has its own parking space alongside the property with level access.

From the terrace of Beach View, there is the iconic view of Three Cliffs Bay. People come from all over the world to see this view, which also features on most local websites. Three Cliffs Bay is regarded as the jewel in the crown of the Gower Peninsula, itself the first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the UK.

Beach View is a newly built highly specified oak-framed timber-clad dwelling. It enjoys a wonderful feel, partly as a consequence of the spectacular location but also because of the beauty and warmth of the traditional oak frame, the limestone floor and solid oak internal doors. Everything is finished to an exceptionally high standard.

The comfortable living area with a stunning sea view comprises a two seater sofa, an armchair and a Stressless recliner with a footstool.

The kitchen is fully fitted and finished to a high standard with a granite worktop. There is a single oven, a hob, a microwave, a fitted under-counter fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher together with all the pans, crockery and cutlery you would expect. A hand blender, iron, ironing board, pegs and clothes horse are all provided.

There is a master bedroom with a sea view and a king-size bed. The second bedroom has the choice of a king size bed or twin beds. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and WC.

The beach is just a five minute walk away.

All bedding is provided together with a 10.5 tog duvet, anti-allergy pillows and a premium bedding package. Bath and hand towels, tea towels and bath mat also provided.

Because of the nature of the building we do not allow young children or pets.
