The coastal path is on the door step and the beautiful beaches and national parks of the Gower all close to hand. You can enjoy this luxurious apartment with amazing views or soak in a relaxing bath or monsoon shower. Relax on a balcony overlooking the private courtyard with hot tub or chill out on the front terrace where you take in Mumbles life & the ever-changing seascape.
Mumbles Seascape is a modern luxury apartment offering high quality self-catering accommodation. It is equipped to a very high standard, has underfloor heating and a heat recovery and exchange system ensuring comfortable living in winter and summer.
The interior comprises a dedicated entrance or access via a lift directly from a private undercroft parking. Access is into the large lounge/diner with amazing sea views. There are 2 leather sofas, 2 Poang chairs with sea views, dining table/chairs, Smart TV and full WiFi. A front terrace overlooking the bay is accessed from the lounge door.
The open plan lounge/diner opens up into a well-equipped modern kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, split level ovens, microwave and induction hob. Also a wine chiller.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. There is an en-suite bathroom with tropical shower.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is direct access to main bathroom with spa bath.
All quality white bed linen and towels are provided by a professional laundry service .
Patio doors from both bedrooms lead onto private covered balconies that overlook the courtyard garden with the hot tub the can be booked separately.
Mumbles village has a range of high street and independent shops, galleries and places of historic and cultural interest. It also has numerous pubs, bars and restaurants all within a scenic 10 minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Gower are close at hand.
There is a bus stop outside the apartment and an extensive network of local buses serve the area including Swansea, the Gower and further afield. Swansea train station is 5 miles away and is on the main line from London through Cardiff, Bristol.
The apartment has an undercroft car park with a designated parking space and lift access directly to the apartment.
The hosts are available by phone and e mail. In addition a local contact looks after the property on a day to day basis.

Fantastic location, great property This was a great property, in a superb location. I actually don't think the pictures of the view from the window do it justice in the listing. It was clean and well equipped for any holiday need. Jan & Wayne were excellent to deal with, and provided all the information that we needed to fully enjoy our stay. Beautiful views of the sea from sitting in the window on relaxing chairs, amazing sun terraces on the bedrooms, even the garden area is decorated great for the hot tub. The location is perfect for the coast line and local pubs and restaurants. We have already recommended to so many people and will definitely return. Everything about this place is amazing. It’s clean, modern and has everything you need. The location is perfect for people watching, eating out and for beautiful walks along the seafront. Luxury Apartment With Beautiful sea What a find-thank you Wayne and Jan for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment. It’s huge for a holiday flat with the added bonus of a small terrace overlooking the bay and a garden area at the back with a 2 person hot tub. Gorgeous walks along the coast path, we walked to Langland bay and from Caswell back to Langland, saw seals playing in the sea. Walked to 3 cliffs bay which was our favourite beach, absolutely stunning. Surfed Llangennith and body boarding at Caswell, rented the Santander bikes and cycled the bay. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, the pilot pub (2 doors away) is a rare old fashioned proper pub with extremely welcoming friendly staff. Our favourite restaurant was La Dolce Vita-stunning Italian food. Cute little boutique shops in the mumbles to while away an hour or so followed by a Joe’s ice cream is a must.
