Rock Cottage Barn is situated in the pretty Gower village of Horton with a fabulous view of Horton & Port Eynon Bay and is just a five-minute walk to the award-winning sandy beach.
Newly converted in 2013 to an exceptionally high standard, Rock Cottage Barn retains all of its traditional charm as one of Horton’s oldest buildings, combined with all the modern comforts and conveniences needed for a relaxing holiday.
Sleeps two in one light and airy bedroom which can be arranged as a king-size bed or as twin bedroom. (Please specify at the time of booking which you would prefer). Bed linen and towels for use in the cottage are provided.
Downstairs there is a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and living space which is very tastefully presented, with a fabulous limestone floor
The high-spec kitchen is very well-equipped with a double oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ironing board and iron. In the adjacent living area there is a dining table which pulls out to seat up to four people, a very comfy sofa and an armchair and a large plasma screen TV.
The shower room is situated on the ground floor and has a large walk-in power shower.
Outside, a very private and sheltered courtyard (with table and chairs) has fabulous views over the Bristol Channel to Port Eynon Head. Perfect for sitting out with a cold beer or a chilled glass of wine on a warm evening.
Off-road parking for one car. Wifi. Sorry no pets or children. Strictly no smoking inside the cottage
To secure a booking a 50% deposit will be required with the balance due one month prior to your booked dates.
