Relax and unwind in this beautiful property situated in the pretty coastal village of Horton. It comprises of one large double bedroom, shower/toilet, spacious kitchen/lounge and garden.   It has its own integral garage and although it is a first floor apartment it has the advantage of a light and airy feeling whilst still having its own garden on the same level. You are invited to share the owners’ garden also and enjoy the spectacular sea views.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the sandy Horton/Port Eynon Bay. The property is ideally located as a base for many Gower walks including the newly opened Welsh Coastal Pathway.  Kipp and Sue welcome you to share the amazing scenery Gower has to offer and are more than happy to help you with any information and drop offs / pickups if convenient. The use of the owner’s canoe is also offered. There is also many local activities on offer i.e. Surfing, canoeing, horse riding and rock climbing.

BEDROOM: 1 spacious double bedroom with large wardrobes. Bed linen provided.

SHOWER / WC: Shower, large hand basin, toilet and toiletries. Towels provided.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN: Attractive open plan area with breakfast bar, sofa, occasional chair. Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Lounge area includes Radio/ CD player, DVD player, TV, Wi-Fi connection, central heating and gas heater.  The room has a large patio window leading out to the decking area and pretty garden.

GARAGE: Parking for 1 car, plenty of storage for bikes, walking shoes etc.

DIRECTIONS for Rossmore
Leave the M4 at junction 42 and follow the signs for Swansea City Centre A483, (Brown signed South Gower). A4067 past the University, at Blackpill take the B4436 after passing through Kittle take the next right at the church, this takes you onto the A4118 turning left.

Follow this road until you reach Scurlage, a mile further on take the next left to Horton. Continue for half a mile take second turning on right coming into the village of Horton. Do not turn down the hill at the village hall, but continue until you get to the mail box on the right. Follow the road down the hill 50yds. We are on the left, second house after the lane.
